• Net income was €87.6 million (€0.66 on a diluted basis per share) compared with a net loss of €2,222.2 million (negative €30.16 on a diluted basis per share) in 2021.
• Several acquisitions were completed for a total consideration of EUR 183.1 million, including withholdings and contingent consideration.
• Cash flows from operations (“CFO”) increased €26.6 million to €203.0 million compared to €176.4 million in 2021.
• Free cash flow available to shareholders (“FCFA2S”) decreased €32.7 million to €54.2 million compared to €86.8 million in 2021.
